Hotel a Bonn - Rhein - Sieg

“Horrible service!!!! I paid 130 euro and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the bedroom, so I asked for it at breakfast (that I paid 20 euro more) and the waiter told me I could drink with a glass or pay for it! Insisting was useless! Never again, they don't know how to behave with clients.”

“Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig, idyllisch und familiär. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend und frisch. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmee (speziell das Badezimmer) war riesig. Durch den Kinderschlafbereich im Turm, war es durch seine kleinen Fensterchen was besonderes. Die Gästelounge bietet gekühlte Getränke und Snacks. Gerade an warmen Nachmittagen oder Abenden perfekt, um in den schönen Burghof zu sitzen”

“Amazing hotel!! The room was huge and so comfortable, with a large bed, an armchair, a large TV with a desk and the te, coffee and kettle set. I booked mainly for the swimming pool and spa, which is very good (wish they had the steam room and the water of the swimming pool was heated though) and with long hours. “Gewoon een uitstekend Hotel, met een uitstekend ontbijt. Helaas geen restaurant en weinig voorzieningen om s’avonds iets te nuttigen. Wel Nespresso cupjes maar geen heet water en/of theezakjes. Tegen betaling (logisch) wel zoiets als een pelsje of een frisdrank, maar niet veel keuze.”

“Overall, the room quality was beyond my expectations. When I looked at the pictures, I was expecting a shabby, gloomy, and dirtier place. Even the restaurant on the first floor and the entire house looked old by the time I booked a room. “It's very clean. Definetely. Just some details that I did not like at all. In the gym area there are very good restrooms, but no hand soap... dispensers completely empty. And the outside retaurant is ridiculous. The rest is fine, clean, very clean, and the restaurant is fantastic. ”

“Nice quiet location. There is a pub attached with food and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I was surprised some of the lighting was still using fluorescent tubes in the rooms. The food was on offer for breakfast was varied and something for all tastes. I would stay again”
